Although the ASEAN Summits held there were unfortunately disrupted and had to be cancelled, I wish to express my appreciation to you and your staff for the commitment to excellence which was apparent in all aspects of your service and facilities. As Director General of the Information Department, tasked by the government to facilitate the work of the press, I can say without hesitation that the Royal Cliff Hotels Group is truly world-class in every way.
