The Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Center meets all these demands and more. Before the inception of PEACH, the Royal Cliff Beach Resort had always been the setting for some of the most important meetings in the region ranging from the Cambodian Peace Talks in 1991 to the drafting of the new Thai constitution in 1997. With the rapid growth of the M.I.C.E sector in Thailand and strong interest in Pattaya as a conference destination, the Resort seized the opportunity to construct a modern stand alone event centre benefiting from the spectacular views of the sea. The design took into considerations all aspects of what sophisticated organizers and M.I.C.E delegates look for in a convention center. Now with over 13,000 square meters of available meeting space, PEACH is one of Asia’s premier meeting, incentive, conferencing and exhibitions destinations. The centre offers delegates a range of styles from large ballrooms and multiple break-outs to intimate boardrooms, generous pre-function space and built-in registration desks. Whether you’re planning a convention or a wedding, there is ample space as well as the necessary expertise and technology to ensure a resounding success for any event.

Meetings/Conventions

Whether it’s for small meetings, seminars or conferences the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall have the comprehensive range of facilities to cater for different style of settings. The centre offers everything from private board rooms for 10 people through to the main hall with a capacity of 8,000. Rooms can be booked singly, grouped with the operable walls removed for a plenary session, or sectioned off for breakout areas. PEACH’s dedicated and experienced teams are on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly from beginning to end.

Exhibitions

PEACH's main halls are specifically designed to host a wide range of events, including: tradeshows, exhibitions, new product launches, concerts, technology shows and more. The main halls can be conveniently divided into four smaller sections: PEACH A, PEACH B, PEACH C and PEACH D. These are the most common configuration of halls at the facility. With soundproof walls and partitions, four large meetings can take place simultaneously. The four halls can be further sub–divided into a total of nine separate sections. All the partitions used at PEACH are interlocking and soundproof.

PEACH has 6 counters including PEACH info counter which provides space for public ticketing and registration. The counters have power points, computer LAN cabling, telephone connections and paging facilities. The counters also have additional rooms at either end which are ideal for lockable offices. For organisers who require a registration desk directly in front of their allocated hall, we can provide functional mobile registration desks that are designed to complement the ambience and décor of the event.

All exhibition spaces include individually controlled air conditioning, electrical power, communication outlets (phone, fax, and computer), water supply and drainage.

For organisers and VIPs
There are a number of rooms and facilities at the convention centre that are available to the organisers to assist with the running of the event.

The Secretariat Room is well appointed to the main conference Halls and to the reception Lobby entrance area which makes this an ideal room to setup the control center for the event. It also has two adjoining rooms that can be used either for storage rooms, computer setup or as working rooms, both these rooms are lockable.

The Secretariat Room is well furnished with working tables, fixed white boards, notice boards, telephone connections, fixed power outlets and computer LAN cabling as well as wireless internet services. In addition the organizers are welcome to use our numerous meeting rooms as offices or other purposes depending on the programme and the organizers requirements.

PEACH has four VIP rooms around the main halls and reception lobby areas. VIP rooms have power, telephone, wireless internet and restroom amenities as well as luxury furniture suitable for all VIP levels.

Themes

Years of experience combined with a lot of fine-tuning have made theme dinners at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort a delight to witness. From a variety of locations to customized decor, every detail is tailored to recreate the perfect ambience to go with the theme. Take for example, our wildly popular Dine around Asia theme. For this particular theme, the entire poolside of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel is showered with lights with numerous booths set-up along the outskirts serving dishes from all over the region. A number of exciting shows can also be added to the programme depending on the theme.

For Dine around Asia, you may wish to have a troupe of Chinese acrobats thrilling the crowd or perhaps a traditional colourful lion dance instead. Whatever the case may be, it will always be done in true Royal Cliff Beach Resort style.

Themes can be created or customized depending on specific requirements of the group and enhanced with fireworks, ice-carvings and more. Below are some of the themes that we have provided for our guests in the past.

Ancient Sukhothai Night An opportunity to experience Thailand’s Golden Age – the Sukhothai era – a time when the traditional arts and culture flourished. Today the remains of the Sukhothai era are still visible, particularly in the magnificent golden temples that adorn the countryside. And on this night, the charm and beauty of this ancient era come alive all around you, with beautifully-designed temples and intricate displays of Thai arts everywhere. In keeping with the Thai theme, we can arrange a host of traditional Thai entertainment, including long drum shows and classical dances. To top it off, what better cuisine to enjoy than the delicious regional cuisine of the host nation.
Black and gold night This is one of Royal Cliff’s special dinner themes. Guests will be enchanted by the captivating atmosphere. It is suited for dinner conferences, award presentations and other special events with a large gathering. Tables are robed with silky gold tablecloth, together with a long piece of black cloth that is placed at the very middle of the table and droops down all the way to the carpet. Chairs are wrapped in black with a golden lace tied around the backrest like a ribbon. Illuminated drapes of gold and black hang high up at some doors or certain parts of the walls. The entire venue is marvelously lit by beautiful chandeliers. Additional lightning is provided in a number of different ways from wall lamps to candle stands. One cannot ignore the waiters and waitresses in their black suits, bow ties and clean white gloves.
Chinese Emperor night An evening full of mystical powers and charm, this theme promises to be very entertaining. With individual flower decorated market stalls offering a mouthwatering choice of eastern delicacies and our staff dressed in traditional Chinese attire, your guests will be immersed in the middle of the imperial household, the only member missing from the cast is the Dowager Empress! Additional entertainment provided by lion dancers. Chinese acrobats will leave your guests breathless; and fortune teller in his private salon may have enlightening news in store;
Dine Around Asia Discover the culinary delights of Asia. Our Dine Around Asia evening gives you the opportunity to sample the delicious cuisine of 8 Asian nations – Thailand, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia – from individual market stalls complemented by staff dressed in authentic national costumes. For the enjoyment of guests, live demonstrations of umbrella painting, garland making and fruit carving can be easily be arranged.
Enchanting Thailand Visitors to Thailand quite often do not have the opportunity to experience much more than our cities and popular tourist destinations. With our Enchanting Thailand theme, you’ll have the chance to experience Thailand with a more rural and rustic flavour. The sights, sounds and colours from the four regions of Thailand come to life on this night, with wonderful village displays, instrumental music and the authentic costumes worn by our staff.
Fisherman night Imagine the soft rustling sound of palm tree and the waters of the gulf of Siam beating gently upon the foreshore. An exclusive dinner setting located within the luxury Royal Wing Suites and Spa. Diners are hidden away by the beautiful palm trees so they can truly enjoy the tranquility atmosphere. All guests will receive a welcome garland upon arrival by waiters dressed appropriately for the evening in Chao Lay uniform and waitresses in Sarong. Led by oil burning lights guests will be lured by the melodic sounds of Royal Wing trio comprise of two guitarists and a singer. A band can further enhance the evening, rocking to the gentle beats of the swaying palms. Colourful tables and chairs will set the scene along with an old fishing boat, fishing nets and a bamboo hut. A large campfire will burn away throughout the evening. Fireworks can be the final climax to the evening as it lights up the gulf in a spectacular flame of picturesque colour and triumphant sounds.
Jungle Night Set amidst the verdant surroundings of our tropical gardens, our Jungle Night theme offers an intimate setting by the serene lotus pond. With staff dressed in typical safari suits, banquet tables and chairs draped in leopard-prints and a magnificent flaming volcano in the centre of the party, this is one theme that is sure to impress! Entertainment of your choice can be added to complement the evening.
Loy Kratong Night One of Thailand’s most important and beautiful festivals, Loy Krathong dates back 700 years to the Sukhothai era and is traditionally celebrated in November on the night of the full moon. Handmade banana leaf floats (Krathongs) that are shaped into the form of a lotus and decorated with incense sticks, candles and flowers are placed on the water to pay homage to Lord Buddha. All guests receive a Krathong which they can float on our pool. The hundreds of twinkling lights and magical atmosphere give the evening a very special significance.
Mediterranean Night Relive the memories of balmy summer evenings on the French Riviera, the sound of waves lapping against the shore in a small Spanish town and the cheerful chatter of diners in an Italian seaside café. We will create the perfect setting for a Mediterranean evening complete with a promenade of twinkling street lights reflecting into the ocean and a sumptuous buffet of delicious dishes by the pool.
Orchid Night Orchid Night offers the perfect setting for an award presentation ceremony or any other special occasion which requires style and elegance. The venue will be transformed into a lush tropical paradise with a profusion of exotic orchids of a hundred different varieties in a mosaic of exquisite colours. Each individual table will be beautifully adorned with an illuminated orchid arrangement set on a glass centrepiece. Guests will be able to appreciate the perennial beauty of these unique flowers whilst enjoying an equally fabulous dinner.
Oriental Night An evening full of Eastern promise and mysticism. With each flower-decorated market stall offering a tempting choice of Eastern delicacies and our staff dressed in traditional Chinese attire, your guests feel that they have stepped into the Imperial household, the only member missing from the cast is the Dowager Empress! Additional entertainment such as dragon dancers and daring Chinese acrobats will leave your guests breathless; and the fortune teller in his private salon may have enlightening news in store…
Seaworld Fantasy Dive deep into the ocean and explore the magic and enchantment of an underwater fantasy world. There’s no better place to experience the strange and exotic wonders of the sea then at one of Asia’s finest beach resorts. Wonderful marine-life theme decorations, staff dressed as sailors and a sumptious seafood buffet awaits!
Venetian Carnival Discover the charm and excitement of one of Europe’s most exotic destinations - Venice. Renowned for centuries as the world’s romantic capital, the allure and fascination of Venice is captured in an enchanting setting by one of our beautifully-landscaped pools. Experience “la dolce vita” of a Venetian carnival and even come “incognito”, complete with mask and fancy dress, as you are serenaded by soft music. And as in Venice, this theme party comes complete with gondolas!
Wildlife Extravaganza Journey into the unknown depths of a tropical jungle as we recreate a fantastic adventure for guests. Set amidst the picturesque surroundings of the poolside and gardens of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, guests will encounter nature and wildlife in abundance, as well as tribal villages dispersed throughout the area. With both staff and dancers dressed in fantastic tribal and animal costumes, and an assortment of live entertainment, the Wildlife Extravaganza is ideal for large casual cocktail parties and dinners!
