The Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Center meets all these demands and more. Before the inception of PEACH, the Royal Cliff Beach Resort had always been the setting for some of the most important meetings in the region ranging from the Cambodian Peace Talks in 1991 to the drafting of the new Thai constitution in 1997. Whether it’s for small meetings, seminars or conferences the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall have the comprehensive range of facilities to cater for different style of settings. The centre offers everything from private board rooms for 10 people through to the main hall with a capacity of 8,000. Rooms can be booked singly, grouped with the operable walls removed for a plenary session, or sectioned off for breakout areas. PEACH’s dedicated and experienced teams are on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly from beginning to end.

PEACH's main halls are specifically designed to host a wide range of events, including: tradeshows, exhibitions, new product launches, concerts, technology shows and more. The main halls can be conveniently divided into four smaller sections: PEACH A, PEACH B, PEACH C and PEACH D. These are the most common configuration of halls at the facility. With soundproof walls and partitions, four large meetings can take place simultaneously. The four halls can be further sub–divided into a total of nine separate sections. All the partitions used at PEACH are interlocking and soundproof.
PEACH has 6 counters including PEACH info counter which provides space for public ticketing and registration. The counters have power points, computer LAN cabling, telephone connections and paging facilities. The counters also have additional rooms at either end which are ideal for lockable offices. For organisers who require a registration desk directly in front of their allocated hall, we can provide functional mobile registration desks that are designed to complement the ambience and décor of the event.
All exhibition spaces include individually controlled air conditioning, electrical power, communication outlets (phone, fax, and computer), water supply and drainage.

For organisers and VIPs There are a number of rooms and facilities at the convention centre that are available to the organisers to assist with the running of the event.
The Secretariat Room is well appointed to the main conference Halls and to the reception Lobby entrance area which makes this an ideal room to setup the control center for the event. It also has two adjoining rooms that can be used either for storage rooms, computer setup or as working rooms, both these rooms are lockable.
The Secretariat Room is well furnished with working tables, fixed white boards, notice boards, telephone connections, fixed power outlets and computer LAN cabling as well as wireless internet services. In addition the organizers are welcome to use our numerous meeting rooms as offices or other purposes depending on the programme and the organizers requirements.
PEACH has four VIP rooms around the main halls and reception lobby areas. VIP rooms have power, telephone, wireless internet and restroom amenities as well as luxury furniture suitable for all VIP levels.

Years of experience combined with a lot of fine-tuning have made theme dinners at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort a delight to witness. From a variety of locations to customized decor, every detail is tailored to recreate the perfect ambience to go with the theme. Take for example, our wildly popular Dine around Asia theme. For this particular theme, the entire poolside of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel is showered with lights with numerous booths set-up along the outskirts serving dishes from all over the region. A number of exciting shows can also be added to the programme depending on the theme.
For Dine around Asia, you may wish to have a troupe of Chinese acrobats thrilling the crowd or perhaps a traditional colourful lion dance instead. Whatever the case may be, it will always be done in true Royal Cliff Beach Resort style.

Loy Kratong Night One of Thailand’s most important and beautiful festivals, Loy Krathong dates back 700 years to the Sukhothai era and is traditionally celebrated in November on the night of the full moon. Handmade banana leaf floats (Krathongs) that are shaped into the form of a lotus and decorated with incense sticks, candles and flowers are placed on the water to pay homage to Lord Buddha. All guests receive a Krathong which they can float on our pool. The hundreds of twinkling lights and magical atmosphere give the evening a very special significance. |
