Coffee shop & Food court
For lunch and snacks delegates can visit PEACH’s coffee shop located on the second floor which can provide seating tables for 270 people. However during big events certain areas of PEACH are set up as food courts with a seating capacity for 400 people. Both the coffee shops and food courts are capable of providing an array of hot and cold dishes buffet-style. Tea and coffee corners can also be allocated to various areas of PEACH.

Kitchen Facilities:
Another feature of PEACH which event organisers can enjoy is the in house kitchen facility which can cater up to 5000 people. The kitchen can be hired out by organisers who wish to bring their own caterers, chefs and ingredients. The size of the kitchen is 3,200 Sq. feet coupled with its own inventory area which is next to the kitchen door so trucks can have direct access to unload groceries and other cooking items. For private and exclusive functions the kitchen can cater for any specific type of dietary requirements or ethnic cuisines.

The centre’s sophisticated and advanced technology infrastructure coupled with skilled and trained IT team are always ready to service your needs.PEACH recently added another important feature to its already impressive arsenal of services offered to prospective clients. Referred to as Total Wireless Solution, it provides high-speed wireless Internet access with full coverage of the main exhibition space, as well as all the breakout meeting rooms in the building.
Running at full capacity, the wireless Internet solution can provide high-speed Internet access to some 1,000 users in the in the main hall area, and to as many as 30 users in each of the 18 breakout rooms for smaller meetings and functions.
We can also provide our clients with consultation and options to best fit individual needs; whether it is setting up a simple internet connection for one user or a network requiring multiple users, our client services personnel will guide clients through the various options in today’s ever-changing world of technology.
Audio and visual

Public address system: Speaker systems that can be allocated to various areas of PEACH and can be controlled from one central point which overrides the in-house music playing at the time of announcements
Speaker support centre: This service is designed to ensure that presenter’s needs are looked after by our in-house technical service staff who will be on hand throughout the event to oversee presenters requirements. One key point of contact is maintained with presenters and clients by our Technical Services staff during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly. The technical staff assigned to these areas have a broad range of skills in projection, audio and video, being experienced audio-visual operators.
Presenters will not be permitted to have their own computers connected to the presentation equipment in the venue, unless by special prior arrangement. Please note that more than one computer may be required along with additional technicians, which may incur an additional charge.
Presenters lounge: The perfect place for presenters to sit and relax prior to their session or to meet with the session chairman to discuss the session in a lounge setting over a cup of coffee.Talk with our Function Coordinators about utilising an extra room and providing coffee and tea facilities to help make your presenter’s visit a pleasant one.
Facilities of a technical nature, which we can provide, include e-mail, facsimile, telephones and word processing. It should be noted that e-mail and word processing facilities are not provided on the Data Package computers, to avoid congestion on these machines.

In light of recent global events that have effected travel and tourism worldwide, the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and PEACH (Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall) have undertaken a program to heighten security measures in and around the resort. All staff, including security personnel, have been advised that the safety and security of our guests and visitors are of utmost importance and a top priority.
The following security procedures have been implemented to ensure the safety of guests of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and delegates using PEACH:
Uniformed security personnel
A total of over 100 uniformed security guards, working in shifts, are tasked with patrolling the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and PEACH and all areas that fall within the boundaries of the property – 24 hours a day; 7 days a week. At any given time, a total of at least 36 uniformed security guards, will be on duty. Uniformed security guards are assigned to specific areas, including amongst others all parking areas within the resort as well as the underground parking lot situated within PEACH all points of entry/exit to/from the resort and each building within the resort premises.
Uniformed security guards are tasked with ensuring, amongst others, that all vehicles entering the resort premises are issued an entry pass, which must be returned upon departure from the resort there will only be 1 point of entry and 1 point of exit from the resort premises (main gate). There will only be 1 point of entry and 1 point of exit from the PEACH underground parking lot stringent inspections of all vehicles wishing to gain access to the PEACH underground parking lot.
No vehicles are allowed to park at the entrance of any of the buildings located on the resort premises all deliveries of supplies and materials for hotel use are checked before off-loading. Unauthorized deliveries or packages are not allowed entry into the resort premises. Employees and staff of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and PEACH are checked prior to entering the premises and upon departure from the premises.
Internal security personnel
Internal security personnel will liaise between hotel management and uniformed security personnel and will also ensure that uniformed security are in position as and when required during special events. Internal security personnel will be tasked with ensuring that the interior of each of the resort’s buildings are under surveillance at all times and will, amongst others, ensure that:
- No baggage or packages are left unattended within the public areas of each hotel and PEACH.
- Unauthorized personnel are denied access to service entrances situated on the interior of any building.
- Every floor of each hotel and PEACH is patrolled periodically throughout the day and night. Third parties (non-guest / non-delegate) are denied access to the accommodation floors of any hotel without prior authorization/consent of responsible hotel management.
Staff and employees of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort
All current staff and employees of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and PEACH are given intensive safety and security training on a periodic basis and advised on how to deal with situations that call for heightened security measures.
All new staff and employees of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and PEACH are required to undergo the above training and will undergo a background check. Only authorized personnel, as deemed fit by the hotel management, can gain entry and exit to sensitive areas of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and PEACH.
Special events & occasions
During any international conference/convention/seminar/exhibition or other happening at PEACH, parking within the underground parking lot, will be strictly prohibited. During such events, uniformed policemen will be situated at strategic points on site.
All individuals wishing to gain entry to PEACH during any of the above mentioned events will be required to present an ID name badge prior to being allowed within the building.
In addition to the above, the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and PEACH guarantee that additional efforts will be made to ensure the safety and security of all individuals within the resort premises as and when required or when the situation demands it.
Fire safety
The following items are installed in PEACH:
- Fire sprinklers
- Fire extinguishers
- Fire hose reels
- Smoke Detectors
- Portable fire fighting equipment
In addition PEACH has a fire safety officer who conducts periodic checks on all fire fighting equipment, and conduct surprise checks on the operational readiness of all personnel in PEACH. To provide practice and enhance operational readiness, PEACH and Royal Cliff Beach Resort have designed training courses and assessments which all personnel have to attend. These courses include:
- Fire evacuation drills
- Fire fighting skills
- First aid administration
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
The CCTV system in PEACH is an integral component in detecting any potential and possible emergency. CCTV cameras are installed in strategic locations throughout PEACH. By closely monitoring the CCTV monitors, an emergency can be quickly detected and the necessary actions taken. Security Supervisors are responsible for monitoring the CCTV and alerting all personnel when any emergency arises.
