Business Centre
PEACH has a full range of professional business centre facilities and equipment available onsite for clients and event organizers’ use. Standard services include internet connections, email, scanners, full colour printing, word processing, fax, photocopying and stationary supplies.

Telecommunication Services
Public telephones (local and international direct dialing) are situated on level 2 (card and coin operated). International telephones, photocopy, fax, internet and email services are available at the Business Centre located on Level 3. Postal services are provided by the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel.

Simultaneous Interpretation Facility
This service is provided by way of contract. We have access to over 5,000 translations with the latest infrared technology and soundproof booths. Advice and assistance with the hiring of suitable and experienced interpreters and translators are also available.

Banquet
PEACH has a modern self-contained and fully equipped banqueting kitchen which is capable of catering for up to 7,000 delegates. Whether it is snacks for a cocktail function or a silver service gala dinner, experienced Chefs from the Royal Cliff Beach Resort as well as a large crew of service staff will be on hand to ensure that banquets during your event are perfect.

An extensive range of menus are available to choose from, or menus may be specially-customized to suit a themed function or special occasions. With years of experience in handling banquet requirements from large to small groups, creating the perfect banquet is done with ease at PEACH. We can accommodate virtually any preference with menu choices tailoring to suit the individual needs of clients. Special diets, food restrictions (cholesterol free, vegan, diabetic etc) and ethnic cuisines (Kosher, Halal, Indian, Malay and Chinese) are also well catered for.

Coffee shop & Food court
For lunch and snacks delegates can visit PEACH’s coffee shop located on the second floor which can provide seating tables for 270 people. However during big events certain areas of PEACH can be set up as food courts with a seating capacity for 400 people. Both the coffee shops and food courts are capable of providing a selection of hot and cold dishes buffet-style. Tea and coffee corners can also be allocated at various areas of PEACH.



Kitchen Facilities:
The in house kitchen facility at PEACH can cater up to 5000 people. The kitchen can be hired out by organizers who wish to bring their own caterers, chefs and ingredients. The size of the kitchen is 3,200 Sq. feet, with its own inventory area which is next to the kitchen door so trucks can have direct access to unload groceries and other cooking items. For private and exclusive functions the kitchen can cater for any specific type of dietary requirements or ethnic cuisines.

VIP & outside catering
Special VIP functions or small private meetings can all be catered for at one or all of the various meeting rooms or VIP rooms available at PEACH.

In addition we can offer outside catering and organizational services for any occasion whether it’s a wedding, product launch, festivals or charity events. PEACH and the Royal Cliff Hotels Group have accumulated a great understanding and knowledge of the catering and hospitality industry. Our team of professional chefs and service personnel can cater for events of all sizes, and provide fully mobile catering service at your home, your business or other location of your choice. IT Services

PEACH is fully equipped with an extensive range of state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technology infrastructure providing a range of technical services to meet all client needs from the very basic through to very elaborate and complex technical setups. This service is provided by a combination of our own technical staff and contracted IT service providers. The centre’s sophisticated and advanced technology infrastructure coupled with skilled and trained IT team are always ready to service your needs.

PEACH also offers Total Wireless Solution which when operated at full capacity, provides high-speed wireless internet access to some 1000 users to the main hall area, and to as many as 30 users in the 18 breakout rooms for smaller meetings and functions. Consultation and option are also offered to best fit individual need, whether it is setting up a simple internet connection for one user or a network requiring multiple users.

Audio and visual
PEACH is fully equipped with an extensive range of state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, providing a range of AV services to meet all client needs from the very basic through to very elaborate and complex productions. This service is provided by a combination of our own technical staff and contracted AV service providers.

Advice, production services and guidance is offered through the various options in today's ever--changing world of technology. We also boast the latest in audio-visual equipment, staging, rigging, electrical and telecommunication services.

Public address system: Speaker systems that can be allocated to various areas of PEACH and can be controlled from one central point which overrides the in-house music playing at the time of announcements

Speaker support centre: This service is designed to ensure that presenter’s needs are looked after by our in-house technical service staff who will be on hand throughout the event to oversee presenters requirements. One key point of contact is maintained with presenters and clients by our Technical Services staff during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly. The technical staff assigned to these areas have a broad range of skills in projection, audio and video, being experienced audio-visual operators.

Presenters will not be permitted to have their own computers connected to the presentation equipment in the venue, unless by special prior arrangement. Please note that more than one computer may be required along with additional technicians, which may incur an additional charge.

Presenters lounge: The perfect place for presenters to sit and relax prior to their session or to meet with the session chairman to discuss the session in a lounge setting over a cup of coffee.Talk with our Function Coordinators about utilising an extra room and providing coffee and tea facilities to help make your presenter’s visit a pleasant one.

Facilities of a technical nature, which we can provide, include e-mail, facsimile, telephones and word processing. It should be noted that e-mail and word processing facilities are not provided on the Data Package computers, to avoid congestion on these machines.


Video Conferencing
PEACH has an ongoing commitment to providing the latest technological services. To that end, we are please to offer our delegates the capability of setting up a video conference. PEACH's bonded warehouse
Another essential benefit that exhibitors receive from choosing PEACH is the availability of an excellent bonded warehouse. Our bonded warehouse was conceived to give exhibitors greater convenience when participating in exhibitions at PEACH, especially when there is a need to temporarily import products and equipment from other countries and re-exporting them out of Thailand after the exhibition. The combination of Sun Expo Services experience together with our very own bonded warehouse means that exhibitors will have the convenience of not having to arrange cash or bank guarantee for import duties as well as enjoy a reduction on port/airport storage; and organizers will build a better confidence in the local customs procedure with the overseas exhibitors.

The following security procedures have been implemented to ensure the safety of guests of the Royal Cliff Hotels Group.

Uniformed security personnel
Over 100 uniformed security personnel, working in shifts, are tasked with patrolling the Royal Cliff Hotels Group and PEACH and all areas that fall within the boundaries of the property – 24 hours a day; 7 days a week.. Uniformed security personnel are assigned to specific areas, including amongst others all parking areas within the property as well as the underground parking lot situated within PEACH, all points of entry/exit to/from the property and each building within the property premises.

Uniformed security personnel are tasked with ensuring that all vehicles entering the property premises are issued an entry pass, which must be returned upon departure from the property. There is only be 1 point of entry and 1 point of exit from the property premises (main gate).


Internal security personnel
Uniformed security personnel are in position as and when required during special events. Internal security personnel will be tasked with ensuring that the interior of each of the property’s buildings are under surveillance at all times and will, amongst others, ensure that:

• No baggage or packages are left unattended within the public areas of each hotel and PEACH.
• Unauthorized personnel are denied access to service entrances situated on the interior of any building.
• Every floor of each hotel and PEACH is patrolled periodically throughout the day and night. Third parties (non-guest/non-delegate) are denied access to the accommodation floors of any hotel without prior authorization/consent of responsible hotel management.

EMPLOYEES TRAINED ON SAFETY
All current employees of the Royal Cliff Hotels Group and PEACH are given intensive safety and security training on a periodic basis on how to deal with situations that call for heightened security measures. Only authorized personnel, as deemed fit by the hotel management, can gain entry and exit to sensitive areas of the Royal Cliff Hotels Group and PEACH.

SAFETY DURING Special events & occasions
During any event at PEACH, parking within the underground parking lot, will be strictly restricted. During such events, uniformed policemen will be situated at strategic points on site.

All individuals wishing to gain entry to PEACH during any of the above mentioned events will be required to present an ID name badge prior to being allowed within the building.

In addition to the above, the Royal Cliff Hotels Group and PEACH guarantee that additional efforts will be made to ensure the safety and security of all individuals within the property premises as and when required or when the situation demands it.


Fire safety
The following items are installed in PEACH:

• Fire sprinklers
• Fire extinguishers
• Fire hose reels
• Smoke Detectors
• Portable fire fighting equipment

In addition PEACH has a fire safety officer who conducts periodic checks on all fire fighting equipment, and conduct surprise checks on the operational readiness of all personnel in PEACH. To provide practice and enhance operational readiness, PEACH and Royal Cliff Hotels Group have designed training courses and assessments which all personnel have to attend. These courses include:

• Fire evacuation drills
• Fire fighting skills
• First aid administration
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
The CCTV system in PEACH is an integral component in detecting any potential and possible emergency. CCTV cameras are installed in strategic locations throughout PEACH. By closely monitoring the CCTV monitors, an emergency can be quickly detected and the necessary actions taken. Security Supervisors are responsible for monitoring the CCTV and alerting all personnel when any emergency arises.

Disabled access
We understand that discerning travelers have different requirements. PEACH offers a number of facilities for guests with special needs.

• Our elevators provide access from the ground floors and between all floors.

• Portable wooden ramps for easy access

• We have taken the particular care to ensure all signage in our centre is large enough to be read by the visually impaired.

• The employees are trained to speak clearly when making announcements to public areas.

Parking
There are two options for delegates to park their cars. PEACH has a car park of its own which has the space for 500 cars. The other alternative for delegates is to park their vehicle at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, which is only a few minutes’ walk to PEACH.

Both car parks are fitted with video surveillance camera systems and security officers patrol these areas on a 24 hours basis including weekends. The parking at both PEACH and the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel are free of charge.
