PEACH can accommodate up to 10,062 delegates theatre-style and 4,340 seats for banquets.  It is capable of handling full-scale conventions, exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, concerts and more with close to 7,000 square meters of pillar-less hall space.   The main hall is flexible and can be divided into 4 large sections or 9 smaller sections, all adequately soundproof. There are also 18 smaller meeting rooms with various seating capacities ranging from 10 to 680 persons, which can be considered for breakout sessions, board meetings, training classes or discussion forums.

Yes, we can arrange private lunches, dinners, meetings and other functions.

Yes, we can arrange a reception or dinner at any of our 3 outdoor venues - 2 by poolside and at our Lotus Garden. 

Night functions can take place until 10.30 p.m. 

Yes, we can arrange themed dinners. Some of our most popular themes are Black & Gold, Pirate Night, Loy Krathong, Ancient Sukhothai and Thai Temple fair.

We can organize dance shows, fireworks, music & live band as well as welcome ceremonies. 

We recommend our outdoor areas - poolside and Lotus Garden. We have preferred suppliers to help organize this for your event. Please check with our sales managers for more details.

There are two options for delegates to park their cars. PEACH has a car park of its own which has space for 506 cars. Another alternative for delegates is to park their vehicles in the parking area in front of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel which is only a few minutes’ walk to PEACH.  Our security guards will guide every guest to park in a proper area.

PEACH also has a modern self-contained and fully equipped banqueting kitchen which is capable of catering for up to 10,000 delegates. We can arrange private group lunch and dinner for any group size. 

We do not allow animals in the property. We recommend you to keep your pets or animals at the Thai Pet Care (Dog and cat hotel) which is near our hotel. Please visit www.thaipetcare.com 

Outside food are not allowed. A corkage charge will be applied for bringing beverages from outside.

All events are not open to the public. 

Royal Cliff Hotels Group has 2 business centers.  One is  located near the Reception Desks at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel which is open daily from 08.00 am to 12.00 midnight, (+66) 38 250421 ext. 2767 or 2768 and another one at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel which is open daily from 08.00 am to 11.00 pm, (+66) 38 250421 ext. 2067.

There are no parking fees for short term parking and for our in-house guests. Outdoor guests are not allowed to park inside the property.

Our car park is open 24 hours. 

Guest can rent wheelchairs from the hotel clinic for 500 THB/chair/day. 

Our courtesy cars can take you to PEACH from each of our 4 hotels. In case you wish to walk there, it will only take about 5 minutes under covered walkways. All hotels and meeting venues are located in the same area.

Our transfer service offers single and round-trip airport pick up as well as transport service to and from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Utapao Airport.  We provide a variety of cars with professional drivers who are ready to assist you in every way. Private transfers between PEACH to the airports are inclusive of fuel, driver, taxes, insurance and, where applicable, expressway tolls.  Prices depend on the type of car used and which airport you are going to.  To know the prices, please visit our Travel Options page in the website:   http://www.royalcliff.com/hotels/travel-options.  The prices are per vehicle per way and not per person.

We can also help arrange transfers through our partner limousine company. The price for the Toyota Camry (Sedan) is:

    THB. 3500/way to Suvarnabhumi International Airport

    THB. 2500/way to Utapao Airport 

 As another alternative, we can also call local taxis (no guaranteed safety) to be used at your own expense. 

We have a Lost and Found department. Please report to the Front Office of any of our hotels in case you lost your belongings while in the hotel or convention centre.

We do not have electronic cell phone charging stations at the Convention Center.   However, please feel free to ask our staff should you need assistance in charging your phone. 

We have a reception / concierge service in all hotels.

Wi-Fi is complimentary for all hotel guests in all accommodations and public areas. However, we can arrange extra high speed LAN and WAN for special meetings or events upon request which is chargeable.

In general, for our meeting packages, we provide slide & overhead projector with screen, basic sound system, floral arrangement, basic stationary, flipchart and whiteboard as well as an LCD projector along with one complimentary meeting room. However, the equipment will differ according to our clients’ requirement.

Royal Cliff Hotels Group and PEACH have its own technicians and engineering team. They can provide technical support during events.

Our sales and event team will provide you with our “House Rules” which would specify the technical requirements. 

Yes, we allow outside contractors to handle set design and technical requirements. We also have our recommended suppliers and contractors which can be provided upon request. 

We have 2 movable cubes, banners, signage or billboards can also be placed at the entrance of PEACH, on lamp posts or on the walls at the foyer for branding. These are chargeable. 

No, we do not provide this kind of service at the moment.

We can arrange for a photographer and a videographer to take photos or videos of your event. This is chargeable according to the length of recording. 

Yes, we have lecterns or podiums available. 

Yes, we have 4 registration counters in front of each hall at PEACH.

Yes, we provide pens, pads and pencils for meetings and conferences if you buy our meeting package.

Insurance is not mandatory. 

We do not allow outside food and drinks. 

We can provide glasses. Branding options are open. 

Standard bottled water will be provided during the coffee break free of charge.

Outside catering and kitchen usage are allowed upon request. Conditions will apply. 

Corkage charge will apply with limited number of bottles permitted.

Pattaya's tropical climate is characterized by high temperatures and humidity throughout the year. April and May feature the hottest temperatures while the weather in June sees the monsoon pattern bringing heavy rain through to October. November to February is the best time to visit Pattaya as the weather is relatively mild and sunny with humidity levels dropping and temperatures cooling.

PEACH has an excellent bonded warehouse.  We have a recommended freight forwarder who can assist you on this matter. 

We have recommended suppliers who can assist you on this matter. 

We can provide a standard catering stand. However, we have recommended event organizers who can assist you on designing a creative catering stand. 

Unfortunately, we cannot supply chefs for the stands.

Our facilities have been equipped with handicap-assistant features with all rooms and suites adaptable to special needs requirements.

We have recommended AV suppliers and simultaneous translation service providers who can assist you on this matter. 

Our partner tour company, SCT Tours, can assist you with sightseeing or organizing tours for your groups. It is located at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel by the shopping arcade. PEACH is open to the public only for public events.

There are 3 ATMs in the open air lobby at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel. 

All hotels are in walking distance to PEACH and they are located in the same area. Our courtesy cars can take you there from all hotels. In case you wish to walk there, it will only take about 5 minutes under covered walkways.

Thai is the official language of Thailand. However, English is widely spoken in all major cities, tourist spots, hotels, shopping malls and hospitals. 

Our transfer service offers single and round-trip pick up as well as transport service to Bangkok, Pattaya city centre and all airports. We can also call local taxis to be used at your disposal. Aside from these, there are public buses and vans which operate daily between 5 a.m. until 10 p.m from Pattaya bus stations to Bangkok, airports and other major cities. 

You can consult with our Guest Relations Officers who will give you information about different Pattaya attractions. They can also assist you with booking the attractions that we partner with so that you will get the best rates. We also have a partner local tour company, SCT Tours, which is situated near the lobby area of the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel. They can also help arrange interesting sightseeing tours and packages around Pattaya.

You can buy from any 7-11 or Family Mart convenience stores as well as in supermarkets close to the hotel. 

We have a convenience store where you can buy some snacks, toiletries and souvenirs. It is located next to the open air lobby of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel and is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

The currency used in Thailand is the Thai Baht. 

Foreign Currency and Travelers Cheques can be exchanged at the Front Desk Cashier. Exchange rates are updated daily. This is displayed at the Cashier’s Desk at the Front Office. We regret to inform you that Personal Cheques and Eurocheques are not accepted.

Goods must be purchased from stores displaying the 'VAT Refund For Tourists' sign. 

All major credits cards are widely accepted in Thailand. 

The hotel service charge is 10% and the government VAT is 7%.  Outdoor service charge is 10% of the F&B package. There is no city tax in Thailand.

There are usually sixteen public holidays in a year in Thailand. However, public transportation, airports, restaurants, hotels and shopping malls can operate during these periods except government agencies, universities, schools and banks.

Group rates are usually higher than individual guest rates as guests who come with a group have additional benefits, privileges and amenities compared to individual guest(s).
